I am providing this service to the public, who do not have access to backup facilities, but who own the original material and wish to protect their purchase. Such duplications are legally allowed under copyright law, as are you entitled to purchase from this service under this law. I provide this service on the grounds that you own the original material, and will not be held in anyway accountable for the purchasers use. You agree that you are the owner of the original material, and that should you sell, trade, or otherwise no longer possess said original that you will destroy the purchased backup. If you purchase a backup from me and do not possess the original material, then you agree to destroy said backup within 24 hrs, having used the cdr for evaluation purposes only. You may however keep the backup cdr if the commercially bought title has been purchased within this 24 hour period. If you decide not to destroy the backup cdr you will have broken the copyright law, i cannot be held responsible for these actions. By reading this disclaimer you have become aware of this and can be held accountable. I only supply cdr backups of material in their full commercial format, on quality branded media. I do not condone piracy in anyway and will not supply to people who indicate this to be the case. Do not inform me of any illegal, or intended illegal use, as i will not be held accountable.
When you are sending us a backup. We only use it for backup purposes of the people that want it. We will not use it to our advantage or for private entertainment. We only test them to make sure they work.
We are not responsible for anything you do with this web site, the backup, or the purchase you recieve.
